Correction for customer service

After getting a customer service rep, I was able to obtain the brackets that were tossed out by the painters. Thank you Lumi for finding these parts (even when sold out) since the curtain rods won’t work without them.

Metal Bracket

I am outraged that an order for 2 x 1-pk of metal brackets actually contains just 2 single pieces for $6 plus $7 shipping. Why would they sell single items when a window rod needs 2? Now, I cannot hang the curtains on my 2 windows (the painters tossed out the metal brackets). The product cannot be found at store that sell Lumi. I wrote to Lumi, sent an inquiry on the website, and I have tried to call them. No answer! I looked up the product and it says it is "sold out."
