It takes 2 business days to handle and send out the package after receiving order.

Unless otherwise specified, all standard orders will be delivered through UPS Ground.

Generally, our finials are about 2-3 inches in lengths but they are all a little different. If you need a very precise measurement, please contact us with your specific Finial and Rod Set SKU # or Model number and we will get back to you with the exact measurement for your reference. 

 • Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of your order.

Simply return the product in the original packaging. Shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.

A refund takes up to 3-10 business days to be credited back to customer.

Lumi Importing Ltd. hereby warrants that it will repair, replace, or reimburse the full retail cost, at its option, any part of the Lumi Importing Ltd. product with which this warranty is enclosed which proves defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, without charge for parts or labor, for a period of 12 months. This warranty period commences on the date of original purchase by the user other than for purposes of resale, and this warranty applies only if such original purchase by the buyer was made in the United States. This warranty applies only if your Lumi Importing Ltd. product fails to function properly under normal use/operation and within manufacturer’s specifications. This warranty does not apply if the Lumi Importing Ltd. label or logo, other rating label or serial number (or SKU #), has been removed from your Lumi Importing Ltd. product, or if, in the sole opinion of Lumi Importing Ltd., your Lumi Importing Ltd. product has been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper packing, shipping, modification or servicing, by other than Lumi Importing Ltd. or an authorized Lumi Importing Ltd. Service Center.
